About Us
Life Clubs practical and fun workshops will motivate you to get more out of life. Founded by Daily Telegraph (Get A Life) columnist, Nina Grunfeld, in 2004, Life Clubs run weekly local clubs in the UK, Canada, Singapore and France. Our inspirational workshops will move you forwards in life, making you clearer thinking and more self-confidence and motivated, as well as introducing you to new friends.
This is what some of our clubbers have said:
"they really make you think in a different way - and it's fun"
"accessible and easy to understand"
"time and space to think"
"a chance to stop and think a bit less superficially about issues or concerns in my life"
"very simple to gain results"
Each of our workshops has been specifically designed to give you a new tool which will help you gain self-knowledge on everything from your relationships to reaching your goals.
Our Clubbers achieve things they never thought possible; they’ve started their own businesses, they’ve got fit and they’ve found love. If you'd like to read research showing how we’ve helped people, please download it here. And if you're interested in what the Great British public think of self-development workshops, click here.
Life Clubs are used in corporates and the NHS as well as within our local clubs, so there's no excuse not to try one now!

Lifebulb Moments
Throughout the 90 minutes you will have mini-epiphanies or ‘Aha! moments’ which will accelerate your self-development. We like to call them Lifebulb Moments.
Fellow Clubbers
Everyone you meet at Life Clubs will inspire you (as you will them), whether it be through new perspectives or encouraging you to achieve your goals. It's a great opportunity to make friends and network with like-minded people. As one of our Clubbers reflected: The interaction with other people gave me extra confidence which I didn't even realise I was lacking. And another said about her time at Life Clubs: I went along to Life Clubs every week for a year, and have kept in touch with three of the people I met there. Can't be bad.
When can I start?
Any week you want. We suggest starting as soon as possible - there's no time like the present.

Leaving Life Clubs I felt like I was stepping out of a warm bubble bath.
Paul Arden, author It's Not How Good You Are, It's How Good You Want To Be
The genius of Life Clubs is that it can be applied to any preoccupation, wherever you are in your life/work trajectory.
Daily Telegraph
The clubs tend to appeal to people who already have decent lives, but know they can make them even better.
