The Balance Chart is one of the tools we use at Life Clubs. We use it like a compass so you can see if you are doing what you want to with your life. Score '10' for feeling satisfied in that area and '1' for feeling dissatisfied. Just draw one out for yourself and circle the number that feels right. Have a go now.
