If so, why not become a Life Clubs Host?
We are looking for people who fit the above description who we will fully train to host a Life Club with our 5-day ICF approved training.
Hosting a Life Club is both unbelievably rewarding and a lot of fun. Read how it changed the life of Jessica, one of our Hosts.
Jessica's Story

Jessica Bonnard, former Life Clubs Host, worked through The Big Book of Me on holiday and made some decisions.
'The biggest decision was that I wanted to start my own business. Up until then I'd been running a successful franchise teaching French to children. I knew I wanted to move from children to adults. I had 12 teachers, so it was very frightening to give up, but I realised I had to do it. The book also helped me decide to do IVF. The IVF was pretty horrendous and unsuccessful, but I'm so glad I did it or I would have spent the rest of my life saying 'What if?' On the final day the IVF treatment was cancelled and instead I went to a Life Clubs Open Day.
Working as a Life Clubs Host I used the materials in my life more and more. We may know all this stuff, but we have to keep applying it to our lives. One day I was re-examining my new French business and looking at my comfort zone and realising I wanted someone else to work for me. I felt the business was going really well and could be bigger.
The energy I've got from Life Clubs has been great. As well as my business, I've started a Football Club at my daughter's school and I now go to a monthly writing group. I'm no longer saying 'This is what's happened to me', I'm saying 'I want to deal with it.' I'm taking action, I'm making things happen. I want my daughter to see that you can make a difference in your life.
Since Life Clubs I've started a new business, I've doubled my customers and I'm now moving to France, which is why I've had to stop hosting my club. It's dangerous stuff!'
If you are interested in hosting a Life Club, please e-mail us for an application form.

Open Days and training
If you want to apply to become a Life Clubs Host, the first step is to attend an Open Day. This will give us a chance to meet and see if we'll enjoy working together. We like you to have been to a Life Club before coming to an Open Day. If there isn't yet a Life Club near you, let us know, and we can make alternative arrangements.
Our next Open Days are :
- Saturday 4th September 2010 (few places left)
- Saturday 13th November 2010
We hold Open Days throughout the year. Places are limited so contact us today.
About our Open Days
Our Open Days are usually on a Saturday and they run from 10am to 4pm. We currently hold Open Days around the year in Central London.
Nina Grunfeld, the founder of Life Clubs, runs our Open Days, along with 1 or 2 of her colleagues.
Open Days are relaxed and informal, they are designed for us to get to know you and you to get to know us.
Open Day timetable
The Open Day will begin with a welcome and introduction session.
You will then participate in a 90-minute Life Club, this helps you to see how a Life Club is run and lets us see how well you participate and interact in a group environment.
Then we will ask attendees in turn to do a short (5-10 minutes) introductory talk to a Life Clubs theme – you will have been sent this theme in advance and have had time to prepare. This allows us to see how confident and comfortable you are introducing topics to a group and allows you to see a range of the themes and topics that are covered in Life Clubs.
We will conclude the day with a question and answer session and a Lightbulb Moment from one of our Success workshops.
You will be contacted shortly after the Open Day to let you know if we would like to invite you to become a Life Clubs Host and book you onto our training programme.
Training
Our intensive five-day training (ICF approved) will equip you fully to host a club. You'll find the training incredibly illuminating and enjoyable. It is essential that you have been to at least 5 Life Clubs before attending the training. If you don't have a Life Club near you, we will make alternative arrangements for you.
Day One we call Nuts & Bolts and it will teach you the practicalities of hosting a club as well as all about the brand.
Days Two-Four are called Foundation and are all about discovering yourself as well as learning all the skills needed to host a club.
Day Five is Flag Day, when you create a marketing plan with the help of our experts.
Our 2010 Training Days are:
- 20th-24th September (filling up)
- 22nd-26th November
All training takes place in Central London.
As Cecilia said about her training ...
Thanks so much for a fantastic week. I can honestly say it has been one of the best weeks of my life with so many closures and insights. The week meant great learning for me and I'm extremely pleased I came - on many levels. It is clear to me the material works - congrats to Life Clubs on creating it.
Abi's story
And, this is what our Newcastle Host, Abi, said about the training:
What a ride
'Life Clubs training is over for now, and the journey is just beginning. This week has been an eye opener. The cumulative effect of spending time each day actively examining different aspects of my life and myself has been massive. I've learned so much, not just about myself and the tools I've been using as part of the Life Clubs I've undertaken during my training, but about the power ordinary people like me have to help others discover themselves, have life-changing insights (Lightbulb Moments) and move forwards to greater heights of awesomeness.
I am ready for this. If you asked me right now to run a Life Club right where I am (on the train) with the people I'm with right now (three strangers at my table) I am 100% confident I could engage and entertain them, guide them through the workshop exercises with just the right amount of empowerment and intervention, and send them away feeling more positive and self-aware. I can't wait to get started.'
